1. This Complaint was filed on 29.09.2010 under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The Complaint in brief is as hereunder: The Complainant submits that he became a member of the Opposite Party-Club by paying a sum of Rs.1,25,000/-. The Opposite Party at that time issued a letter stating that the Complainant was allotted a site of 1089 sq. ft at the Country Club Coconut Groove. The Opposite Party also informed the Complainant another site of 1089 sq. ft was allotted to him under MGM Scheme.2. The Complainant further submits that on 26.052008, the Opposite Party issued a letter to the Complainant stating a free site No.523 at Phase-VI, Vedic Country Spa has been allotted to the Complainant and that he should pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards confirmation and administration charges. The Complainant submits that he paid Rs.15,000/- by cheque to the Opposite Party on 26.05.2008.
